A Central Texas native and entrepreneur, Katie Miller established Westland Realty Group on the values of integrity, quality service, and building lasting relationships with clients. Raised on a dairy farm in Hill County, Katie appreciates the value of hard work and keeping your word. Katie specializes in Farm & Ranch and Residential Properties in McLennan, Hill, Bosque, Limestone, and surrounding counties. She, along with the team of agents she has built, are knowledgeable, available, and willing to go the extra mile for clients.
Katie and her husband, Matthew, also own several commercial properties. Katie understands the objectives and strategies to best serve her fellow small business owner clients. Katie graduated from Tarleton State University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, courtesy of a full academic scholarship.
Katie serves on the City of West Planning & Zoning Commission and the Arlington Board of REALTORS MLS Committee. Katie holds many REALTOR Designations and Certifications, and she and believes in constantly continuing her team’s education above and beyond the minimum licensing requirements.

Bonnie joins us with over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. As a licensed REALTOR, Bonnie has always had a passion for working as support staff for transactions and the agents. From the Greater Dallas-Fort Worth Area, Bonnie is excited to make Central Texas her new home with her fiance Nolan, and their fur babies.
