REAL BROKER FEE STRUCTURE

Sign Up Fee, $249

REAL has a one-time, non-recurring sign up fee.

Annual Brokerage Fee, $750

This is paid from your first 3 transactions annually in installments of $250.

Transaction Fee AFTER Cap, $285

After an agent hits their annual cap (4k or 12k). If an Elite Agent status is reached, the fee is lowered to $129.

Revenue Share, $175

$175 annual revenue share participation fee is deducted from the agent's anniversary year. Each subsequent year has a 1.2% processing fee.

BEOP Fee

BEOP covers broker review, E&O (professional liability) insurance, and processing will be assessed on every transaction the company processes.
